Robert S. Hodgman
Mr. Hodgman was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in 1947. He is a graduate of Duke
University (AB- Political Science, 1969) and of UNC-Chapel Hill Law School (JD, 1972). He is
admitted to all North Carolina courts, the U.S. Middle and Eastern District Courts of N.C., and
the 3rd and 4th U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal.

Law; N.C. Bar Association (Chairman- Workers' Compensation Section '96-'97); North

Heather P. Hodgman
Ms. Hodgman was born on April 25, 1979 and is also a lifelong resident of Greensboro,
North Carolina. She is a graduate of Duke University (AB- Public Policy, 2001) and of Marshall
Wythe Law School at the College of William and Mary (JD, 2004). She is admitted to all North
Carolina courts, and to the U.S. Middle District Court of N.C. She has additional interests in the
practice of immigration, human rights, and environmental law.

Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers; National Workplace Injury Law and Advocacy Group
